1. Acceptance of the terms

By registering on the Altera site or using it (the Service), you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

2. What Altera is

Altera is an automation tool. In your personal account you connect game characters, choose tasks and start a bot that does them for you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your username and password safe and for everything that happens in your account. If you notice someone else signing in, write to support right away.

4. What is not allowed

• sharing access to your account with other people;
• trying to gain access to other people's accounts or to the Service's systems;
• using the Service for illegal purposes;
• interfering with the Service or overloading it;
• reverse engineering the Service or trying to obtain its source code.

5. Risks of automation

Bots in games may break the game's rules, and the publisher may restrict or ban the game account. Altera does not guarantee any result and is not responsible for such consequences — you accept these risks yourself.

6. Slots and how they are granted

The bot works on a character while the character has an active slot. Slots are granted on request after approval by the administration. Test slots are granted free of charge; when they expire, the bot unlinks the character by itself.

7. Linking and unlinking characters

You link a character yourself in your personal account. A character can be unlinked from a slot through support, no more than once every 24 hours per slot. After unlinking, the character is deleted from the site together with the bot settings.

8. Data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to it.

9. Availability

We try to keep the Service running without interruptions but cannot guarantee it: maintenance, updates and outages for reasons beyond our control are possible.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without any warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from its use, including game account bans, data loss and interruptions in operation.

11. Termination of access

We may restrict or close access to the Service if these terms are violated. You can delete your account at any time by writing to support.

12. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. We will announce significant changes on the site; by continuing to use the Service, you accept the new version.
