1. Who is responsible for your data

Your data is processed by the Altera site administration. For any questions about your data, write to support in your personal account.

2. What data we store

• Account: username, email, password as a hash, avatar, chosen language and appearance.
• Sign-in and protection: time and IP address of the last sign-in, active sessions, the wrong-password counter, and hashes of the IP addresses and devices you have already signed in from.
• Game accounts: the game account email, sign-in method and game type.
• Characters: nickname, in-game ID, internal character and slot numbers, bot settings and its working status.
• Slots: plans, terms, and the history of granting, extending and freezing.
• Support: requests, reports and correspondence with the administration.
• A log of the administration's actions with your account.

The site does not store your game account password or the email code: they are passed to the bot only for the time of linking and deleted right away. The site never receives bank card details.

3. Why we need this data

• to run your account and start the bot on your characters;
• to grant and extend slots at your request;
• to answer your support requests;
• to protect accounts from hacking and the site from abuse.

4. How long we keep data

• Account, characters and their settings — as long as the account exists.
• The password and code for linking a game account — only for the time of linking, no longer than 10 minutes.
• Sign-in session — until you sign out or after 30 days without visiting the site.
• Language and appearance cookies — up to one year.
• A character unlinked from its slot in the game is deleted from the site together with the bot settings.

5. Who we share data with

• The automation server where the bot runs: the character's nickname, its internal numbers and bot settings, and — for the time of linking — the game account's email and password or code.
• The game — only what the bot enters in it on your behalf.
• The hosting provider whose servers run the site.

We do not sell data and do not share it with advertising or analytics services.

6. Fonts

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers and shares its IP address with them.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The site sets only necessary cookies: the sign-in session, a device tag that protects sign-in, and your chosen language and appearance. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Small interface settings are kept in browser storage.

8. Your rights

You can find out what data about you is stored, correct it, or delete your account with all its data. To do so, write to support — we will reply within 30 days. You can change the language and appearance yourself in the account settings.

9. Automated decisions

After several wrong passwords in a row, the site locks sign-in to the account by itself — first for a while, and after repeated errors until the administration unlocks it. The site makes no other automated decisions that affect you.

10. Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes, sign-in is protected by a captcha and a lock after wrong passwords, and only the site administration has access to players' data.

11. Children

The site is not intended for people under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we will delete its data.

12. Changes to this policy

We will announce significant changes on the site. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
